Wood plastic composites (WPC) is a new pattern environmentally friendly material made of wood fiber (inc. Timber scrap, straw, rice husk) and hot plasticity plastics(mainly waste plastics). It has the advantage of plastics as good plasticity, tensile and impact strength, moth and corosion resistance. Also it has advantage of wood as easy-cutting and drilling for good process as well as the nice appearance of wood. It's also ideal substitute in fields of packaging, architecture, etc. Our company mainly produces two kinds of machinery lines including PVC WPC foam production line and PE, PP WPC production line. The extruder for such line is featureed for low-temperature plasticity, low cutting, complete high-torque gas emission, etc. 1. Process flow

Surface processing A) PP/PE wood composite Floor: Sanding or embossing or brushing B) PVC wood composite Floor: Heat transferring and coating UV resistant oil. (A) This production line is mainly used to produce WPC profile, as electric cable trunk, window frame, etc.
